1. Tap the Stations icon on the main BOH menu screen

2. Select the appropriate station

3. In the Settings section, check the Credit Card Signature Screen box

1. Tap the Order Types icon from the main BOH screen

2. Select the Order Type(s) that the Default Tip and Suggested Tips will apply to

3. Scroll to the Order Type Tip Settings section

4. Check the following checkboxes:

• Allow Tips on Order Type

• Override Location Suggested Tip

5. Select the Suggested Tip Type, Percentages or Amounts

6. Under Suggested Tip Percentages or Suggested Tip Amounts (whichever was selected in Step 5), use the text fields to set three Suggested Tips

• Example:

  • Tip 1 - 20%

  • Tip 2 - 18%

  • Tip 3 - 15%

7. Use the Default Tip drop down menu to select the Default Tip:

• No Default

• No Tip

• Tip 1

• Tip 2

• Tip 3

1. Exit SpotOn Serve app

2. Open TransIT/TSYS app

3. Select the o FUNC tab

4. Select Batch

5. Select Batch Close

   • If a password is needed, enter the current date as MMDDYYYY
