This guide can be used to setup and use Loyalty for SpotOn Restaurant across our various SpotOn systems, Point of Sale options and features.
Earning Spots with Online Ordering
First Time Customers
All new customers are automatically signed up for loyalty.

1. The number of Spots earned will display on the “Order Status” page. |
Applying Rewards to an Order

1. Available customer rewards ar found after logging in or entering their personal information on the Who is this for? page. | |
2. Customers can see all their rewards by clicking View All or by clicking the loyalty icon in the header. | |
3. The customer can click their desired reward and they will be asked if they’d like to redeem it. | |
4. Once a reward is redeemed, the customer will see a success message and the reward will be applied to their bag. The customer must have an open order in order to apply a reward. | |
6. To complete the order with the applied reward, click Continue to Checkout |
Signing Up for a Loyalty Account
All new customers are automatically signed up for loyalty.

1. Customer receive an option to add a password to their account, so that they may benefit from using a saved payment method and quick reordering. |
