• The number of Spots earned will display on the “Order Status” page

1. Available customer rewards are found after logging in or entering their personal information on the Who is this for? page

2. Customers can see all their rewards by clicking View All or by clicking the loyalty icon in the header

3. The customer can click their desired reward and they will be asked if they’d like to redeem it

4. Once a reward is redeemed, the customer will see a success message and the reward will be applied to their bag
5. Click Got It! to continue to checkout

6. To complete the order with the applied reward, click Continue to Checkout

1. Customer receives an option to add a password to their account, so that they may benefit from using a saved payment method and quick reordering
