Take-Out Orders and Notifications

The same text paging system SpotOn Reserve uses for Waitlist parties is also available for Take-Out order notifications. Take-Out bubbles appear in the left hand panel of the Main Floor view below all reservations and waitlist parties, and are displayed in the Schedule view at the time entered.

Set up Take-Out Notification

Action	Display
From the Main Floor screen, tap the blue Take Out button in the lower right hand corner of the screen Enter the quoted Estimated Wait Time (in minutes) Input the guest mobile phone number A take-out profile will display with the guest’s infomation Tap New Take Out Note to add a note, i.e., an order number, special requests, or other important details	Set Up Take-Out Notification.mp4

Change Take-Out Order Status

Action	Display
Tap the desired take-out bubble from the left hand panel of the screen This will pull up the take-out profile Press the blue Order Status button in the upper right hand corner Select a status: Making Order Cooking Ready in Restaurant Curbside	Change Take-Out Order Status.mp4

Send Notification to Guest

Action	Display
When the order is ready, tap the guest’s take-out bubble from the left hand panel of the screen to select them Press the green Page button at the top of the screen	Send Notification to Guest.mp4

Complete Take-Out Order

Action	Display
To close a take-out order, open the take-out profile by tapping the guest’s take-out bubble on the left hand panel of the screen Tap the red Complete button and select one of the following: Picked Up No Show Cancel When a take-out order is Completed, it will be removed from the waitlist	Complete Take-Out Order.mp4
