Sending a Customer a Receipt
Action | Display |

1. Login to the Dashboard 2. Select Orders from the menu on the left

3. Locate the desired transaction and click anywhere on the line item details (Please see Search Orders for additional information on sorting orders)

4. The order details with a full Items Summary pertaining to the transaction will appear 5. Click the More Actions drop-down menu on the top right corner | |
6. Select Send Receipt  | |
7. Send a receipt by email or phone number by entering the customer’s email address or phone number into the required delivery method field 6. Click Send on the bottom right 7. A green Receipt Sent! confirmation will appear on the bottom left hand side of the screen | |
8. A green confirmation pop-up will appear on the bottom left corner of the screen |
