Adjusting Tips/Tips Line

NOTE: This applies to Credit transactions only - Debit tips are entered into the terminal at the time of the transaction

Open TSYS TransIT App
Select FUNC from the Tender banner
Select Tip Menu
Select By Trans. No.
Enter the original transaction number found on the receipt (NOTE: only transactions that have not yet been batched can be adjusted)
Press CONFIRM
Select the transaction that appears on screen
Scroll down and press ADJUST
Enter tip amount (in cents)
Press CONFIRM
Press the < button in the upper-left corner of the screen until you return to the terminal screen
