Discount a Check

Discounts can be applied either while an order is being created, or at checkout/payment. However, only one method needs to be used, to avoid inadvertently duplicating or stacking the discounts applied.

  1. Enter Menu Items as requested

  2. When all Items have been added to the Order, tap the Add Discount button from the Command Bar

    • This will open the Select Discount… menu

  3. Tap desired Discount

  4. Verify Discount is applied to Order

    • The Discount will lower the Balance Due appropriately

    • After the Order has been Sent, the discount will display above the Sub Total

Once the discount is applied, the Balance Due will decrease by the discount amount, be sure not to accidentally stack discounts

  1. Tap List Orders

  2. Select the Order to be discounted

  3. Tap the Add Discount button from the Command Bar

  4. Tap desired Discount from the Select Discount… Menu

  5. Verify Discount is applied to Order

    • Discount will display in the Order above the Sub Total
