Refunding a Credit Card (Void)

Refunds

There are multiple ways to refund credit cards with SpotOn Restaurant POS. Credit cards can be refunded in part, or in full. Refunds can be processed while the guest is still present or after the guest has already left. It is also possible to charge a credit card after the guest has left through our Restaurant Support Team.

While the guest is present, full or partial refunds (void) can be issued. This method, with the guest present, voids the transaction as it has not yet been settled.
