  1. Take a photo of the receipt OR note the date of the transaction, the last four digits of the credit card number, and the refund amount

  2. In an E-mail to restaurantpos@spoton.com include the photo, OR the transaction details

    1. If sending an image, include the refund amount

  3. E-mail subject line should read “Name of Business / CC Refund

  4. Send E-mail
