The Locations page allows you to view, change settings, duplicate, and remove locations from your Restaurant.

1. From the main Back of House menu screen, select the Locations icon
2. In the navigation pane, you can: Select New + to create a new location, with its own configuration information (street address, order types, menu, etc.) Select Search to search through your list of locations for specific business sites Select ↑↓ (Sort) to Re-order how locations are sorted in the menus
Select Remove (the trash can icon) to remove the select business. This cannot be undone! You will be required to confirm this action with your Override Code before the selected location is removed.
Select Duplicate to create a 1:1 copy of a business already a part of your organization. This is useful for creating additional locations with similar or shared information. Note: When locations are copied, please be sure to review the tax rates for the new location, as tax rates are determined by physical location and can differ based on city, county, and state. It is always good practice to review inclusive and exclusive taxes. A tutorial on how to create taxes and how to add them to a menu item can be found here.
3. Location-specific information can be changed in the main window. This includes many different configuration menus, including (but not limited to): Address Order Types SpotOn Reserve Settings Tip Settings Print Routing Options Auto Gratuity Time Zone/House of Operation Receipt Settings SpotOn Order For assistance modifying these settings, please refer to the main SpotOn Restaurant Back of House Knowledge Base or contact SpotOn Restaurant Support by calling (877) 814-4102 (option 1).
