Customer Import (BOH)

Customer import: The process of importing customer information facilitates a more efficient way to add the data.

1. Navigate to the Customers Import screen

2. Select About option in the left corner to download a CSV template.

  1. Select Download CSV template

4. Generate a customer spreadsheet for import. Enter customer details in the text fields of the spreadsheet template:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Primary Phone

  • Street

  • Street 2

  • City

  • State

  • Zip

  • Secondary Phone

 

Customer address and/or phone details are optional.

5. Begin by downloading the customer spreadsheet for import. The following instructions provided are for Google Docs:

  • Access the File Menu

  • Select 'File' from the document.

  • Download the File

  • Download the file in Comma Separated Values (CSV) format.

6. In the Customer Import section, we have included our email address along with the Admin code

7. Select Click to browse files to import customers, download and complete the CSV template. Then upload the completed.

 

8. Select Import Customers

9. The email will be used to confirm once more that the CSV has been uploaded successfully.

10. After completing all the steps, navigate back to the Customers icon in the Back of House to confirm that the Import process was successful
