What is HotSchedules?

HotSchedules helps restaurants streamline labor, costs, and the employee’s schedule experience.

With the SpotOn Restaurant & HotScheduled integration, the SpotOn POS system sends employee job roles, shift information, and transaction data to HotSchedules. When an employee attempts to clock in, SpotOn automatically checks the labor schedule by reaching out to HotSchedules. This helps to confirm whether or not the employee is scheduled to work at that particular time.
