Vendor Management | SpotOn Retail Catalog

1. Login to the Retail Catalog Dashboard

2. Select Vendors from the pop-out menu on the left

2. From the Vendors screen, locate the Vendor from the displayed list, or use the search bar at the top of the page to locate it

Adding a New Vendor

1. To add a new vendor, select the blue Add New Vendor button on the right

2. In the New Vendor pop-up, enter a name into the Name field and select the blue Add Vendor button on the right

Editing a Vendor

1. To edit a Vendor, select the Pencil icon on the right

2. Make the needed changes to the Vendor and select Save Changes

Deleting a Vendor

1. Select the Trash icon on the right

2. A Delete this vendor? pop-up confirmation will display

3. To continue deleting the vendor, select the red Delete button

Viewing Vendor Products

1. From the Vendors screen, the number of products provided by a specific vendor can be seen in the Products column in the center of the screen
