1. From the main BOH menu screen, select the Taxes icon |  Â |
2. Select New + to create a new Tax |  Â |
3. In the General Information section use the Name text field to name the new Tax, i.e., Sales Tax, Sugar Tax, Liquor Tax etc.. | Â |
4. In the Location Specific Settings input the appropriate Tax Percentage for each Order Type If the new tax will vary from location to location, click Edit Specific Locations to adjust the Tax Rates by location | Â |
