House Account Search

House Accounts allow us to charge a guest’s total to an account within the SpotOn System. This account will require a credit limit to be set and then be paid off at the end of a desired period of time.

1. Tap the Show Commands button on the Command Bar

2. Select the House and Loyalty button in the Select Command… pop up window

3. Use the Search bar field at the top of the screen to search for existing accounts by:

Name
Phone Number

or

Email Address

4. From the listed results, select the appropriate account

5. With the account selected, you can proceed to adjust the account details, or use it for an order payment
