Adjusting Tips in FOH

Adjusting Tips is the process of assigning tips to closed orders.

  1. Tap the Show Commands menu

  2. Tap the Adjust Tips button

  3. Select the User

4. Input the tip amount

5. Select the green Apply Tip button on the lower right

6. Select Done

  1. Tap List Orders screen

  2. Check the Closed orders box

  3. Select the desired check that requires tip adjustment

4. Tap the Credit Card Payment

5. Tap Adjust Tip

6. Input the new tip amount

7. Select Accept
