Campaign Manager

The Campaign Manager allows for viewing and editing of Active, Scheduled, Past, and Draft Campaigns.

  1. From the Dashboard menu on the left, select Marketing from the menu on the left

2. Select one of the following options to view:

  • Active Campaigns

  • Scheduled Campaigns

  • Past Campaigns

  • Drafts

Campaigns display by most recent date to last updated by default.

 

3. Use the search bar on the right side of the screen to locate a campaign, or select the Last 30 Days button to locate a campaign by date/date range

 


 

View Campaign Information

There are two ways to view marketing campaigns to view individual metrics for that specific campaign.

View Campaign Information (Option 1)

  1. From the Dashboard menu on the left, select Marketing

  2. Select My Campaigns from the drop-down menu

3. To view a campaign from the Campaign Manager, hover the mouse over the campaign preview display. Three options will appear: Reuse, Results, and Delete

4. The Campaign Information screen will appear and provide detailed information:

  • Campaign Name

  • Campaign Type

  • Last Updated

  • Status

  • Channels

    • Delivery rate

    • Open rate

    • Clicked rate

    • Engagement rate

    • Spam rate

    • Unreachable

 

4. To duplicate the campaign, select Duplicate in the upper left corner. This will create a new, identical campaign

Duplicating a campaign is usually much faster than creating a new campaign from scratch

6. Select the Back Arrow in the upper left corner to return to the Campaigns page

View Campaign Information (Option 2)

  1. From the Dashboard menu on the left, select Marketing

  2. Select Campaign Results from the drop-down menu

3. The Campaign Performance screen will display information on the performance of Past, Active, and Scheduled Campaigns, as well as Drafts

4. Select the desired campaign from the needed Campaign Category by clicking inside the campaign’s list, or use the search bar on the right side of the screen a specific campaign

5. The Campaign Information screen will appear and provide detailed information:

  • Campaign Name

  • Campaign Type

  • Last Updated

  • Status

  • Channels

    • Delivery rate

    • Open rate

    • Clicked rate

    • Engagement rate

    • Spam rate

    • Unreachable

 

6. Select the Back Arrow in the upper left corner to return to the Campaigns page
