1. Select Printers from the BOH | |
2. In the General Information section, use the Model drop down menu to select the option Epson M30 Â | |
3. Using the Kind drop down menu, select the option for Local | |
4. Using the Connection drop down menu, select the option for Bluetooth | |
5. Power on the printer and wait for the LEDs to stop blinking | |
5. Go into the SpotOn app and either in Table Layout or the login screen select Printer status | |
7. Select the Search Printer button Note: If the device is using Android version 6 or above you will need to go into the the Android settings. In the app manager select the SpotOn app. Then in Permissions enable all (e.g. location, camera, microphone, audio, storage) | |
8. From the list of printers, tap on the TM-M30ii printer you want to connect to | Â |
9. After tapping the printer you will see a notification that you can connected to the printer | |
10. Shortly following the notification that the TM-M-30ii was connected the you’ll need to press Pair

Create Printer Failover
There is not currently a way to reprint the kitchen requisition ticket. This feature is coming in the next phase, until then you’ll need to setup print fail over for the kitchen requisitions.

1. Select Printer Failover from the BOH | |
2. Select the New Item (+) button | |
3. Click on New Print Failover, located under No Location 4. Enter in a Name for the printer failover and use the Location drop down menu to select the appropriate location | |
5. In the Printers in Failover section, input a 1 next to the printer you want to failover to  | |
6. Return to the Administrative menu of BOH and select Printers | |
7. In the Printer Failover Settings section, check Enable Printer Failover 8. Use the Print Failover Plan drop down menu menu to select the failover you just created |
