Checking Balance on Gift Cards

1. Access the Input Amount screen

2. Press the F3 button until SynergyGift displays on-screen

3. Press the F4 button until Balance displays on-screen

4. Press the Enter button to continue and follow the on-screen prompts

Loading Gift Cards

1. Access the Input Amount screen

2. Press the F3 button until SynergyGift displays on-screen

3. Press the F4 button until Load displays on-screen

4. Enter the Amount to load onto the gift card

5. Press the Enter button and continue to follow the on-screen prompts

Redeeming Gift Cards

1. Access the Input Amount screen

2. Press the F3 button until SynergyGift displays on-screen

3. The F4 button should remain in Sale

4. Enter the Amount to charge to the gift card

5. Press the Enter button and continue to follow the on-screen prompts
