E-Gift Card & Promotion Setup

E-Gift cards can be set up at any time at no charge by merchants through SpotOn Restaurant POS.

From the main BOH screen, select Locations
2. Scroll down to SpotOn Order Settings Section
3. Scroll down to eGift Card Setup Checklist and select View on the right side of the screen 4. Ensure the checklist has been completed
5. An eGift Card Order Type must be selected in order to make e-gift cards available for purchase In order to have the purchase button remain hidden, all locations must be set to NONE, or all locations must be mapped with an order type in order to display the purchase button It is best practice should be to cross-check the Locations under the Gift Card Report Groups
6. In order to accept e-gift card payments, scroll to the Dineloyal/SpotOn Order Settings Section, locate Gift Card Payment Enabled and enable using the Checkbox to the right
