You can create promotions to incentivize customers to buy more e-gift cards. Promotions allow customers to get a free bonus gift card if they purchase a certain amount, e.g., “Spend $50 on gift cards and get $10 free.”
Enable E-Gift Card Promotions in the BOH
E-Gift Promotions require set up in the SpotOn Restaurant BOH.

Get Started with eGift Cards
Before requesting an eGift promotion, you must first get setup with Gift Cards through our partner eCard Systems. We’ve partnered with eCard Systems and Netmasons to offer digital cards and online storefronts, seamlessly integrated with your branded website.

Offer an eGift Card Promotion
Once your eGift setup is complete, you can offer an online eGift promotion to incentivize guests to buy more eGift cards (e.g. Buy $100 get a $25 Bonus eGift card). There are many different types of promotions supported by our partner Netmasons. You can learn more about different promotion types here.
To get started with an eGift promotion, please follow these steps.
Submit a request to our partner Netmasons using the following form: Gift Card Promotions & Bonus Programs | Netmasons
Netmasons will contact you directly if they have any additional questions about your promotion.
You can expect your promotion to take 2 - 5 business days to configure.
Once complete, Netmasons will confirm with you directly.
