Tip Adjustment | SpotOn Express (FOH)

1. From the main menu, select Checks from the top of the screen

2. The Checks screen will appear, displaying open orders

3. Select PENDING CLOSED NO TIP at the bottom of the screen to view all orders that still need to have their tips adjusted

4. The screen will now display all open orders that have not been tip adjusted. Select an order to continue

5. The selected order will appear on the right side of the screen. Select Add Tip

6. Select the payment type of the tip from the menu

7. A keypad will appear. Enter the tip amount and select the Checkmark to complete the transaction
