Edit an Employee
Action | Display |
1. Navigate to the Employees dropdown menu and select My Employees |

2. Select the three dots to the right of the desired employee 3. Select Edit User |

4. Make your desired changes. You can choose from:

Delete an Employee
Action | Display |
1. Navigate to the Employees dropdown menu and select My Employees |
|
2. Select the Trash Can to the right of the desired employee you wish to delete |
|
3. Select Delete to confirm |

Activating and Deactivating an Employee
Action | Display |
1. Navigate to the Employees dropdown menu and select My Employees |
|
2. Select the three dots to the right of the desired employee 3. Select Deactivate from the menu |
|
4. Select Deactivate to confirm
Deleting an employee removes them from the business entirely. |

5. To mark an Inactive Employee as active, follow steps 1-3 and choose Activate. This will restore their access |

Send Password Reset Email
Action | Display |
1. Navigate to the Employees dropdown menu and select My Employees |
|
2. Select the three dots to the right of the desired employee 3. Select Send Forgot Password Email from the menu. A message will appear confirming that the ‘Forgot Password’ email was successfully sent. The employee will then follow the instructions provided in the email to reset their password |
