Clock Out

At the end of their shift, employees are able to clock out from their station. They can be prompted to record their cash tips, and tips paid to others.

Clocking out will create a close out report for that employee’s shift, if that option is selected for their job position in the BOH.

  1. Tap the Show Commands button from the Command Bar

  2. Select the Clock Out button

  3. If prompted, Enter Your Starting and Closing Cash, tap Accept

  4. If prompted, Enter Your Cash Tips, tap Accept

  5. If prompted, Enter Tips Paid To Others, tap Accept

  6. Clock Out Message will display, tap Acknowledge

    • If the Clock Out Message is rejected by the User, they will not be clocked out. An approval request will be sent to the Manager to approve the rejection of the Clock Out Message, and approve the clock out.

  7. Screen will now display the default Log In screen

How the clock out flow works exactly can vary based on the BOH settings under Job Positions.
