Open the Ticket Commands menu by tapping the top of the Guest Check
Tap the Add Percentage Gratuity button
Input the desired Gratuity Percentage
Tap Accept
Verify Gratuity is added to Order
Gratuity will display on the Guest Check beneath the Sub Total
