Transactions

The Transactions screen lists transactions in the order they were done, with the most recent being first. A search can be run for specific transactions using the last four digits of the card number, or the Transaction ID.

  1. Tap the Menu button in the top left

  2. Select Transactions

  3. The transactions will be listed in the most recent order, and each transaction will display:

    • The date the transaction took place

    • Transaction Status

      • $ for completed transactions

      • ⟲ for refunded transactions

      • ∅ for voided transactions

      • ! for declined transactions

    • The 8-digit Sale ID number (#ST-xxxxxx)

    • The amount of the transaction

    • Payment type (cash or card)

      • If payment was done via credit, the issuer and last four digits of the card number will display

  4. Tap a transaction to view Sale Details

    • Tap the X on the top right to return to the Transactions screen

  1. Tap Transactions

  2. Tap a transaction to pull up the Sale Details and view the following:

    • Transaction Status, i.e., Authorized, Completed, Declined, Refunded, or Voided

      • For Authorized or Completed transactions you have the options to Refund or Send Receipt

      • Note: Declined or Voided transactions only have the option to Send Receipt

    • Sale ID

    • Subtotal

    • Tax

    • Tip

    • Tender Type

    • Total

  3. Tap the X on the top right corner to return to the Transactions screen

Description

Approved by the issuing bank, but not yet settled.

Posted transaction, the merchant has been paid and the credit or debit card has been charged. Also displays for cash transactions.

Transaction declined by the issuing bank and was not processed.

Original transaction has been refunded in full.

The transfer of funds from the customer’s account to the merchant has been cancelled.

  1. Tap the Menu button in the top left

  2. Select Transactions

  3. Tap the magnifying glass icon in the upper right to search

  4. Input the Sale ID number or the last four digits of the card used

    • This will pull up the matching transaction(s) automatically

  5. Select the appropriate transaction

    • The Sale Details of the transaction will display, with options to Refund or Send Receipt (Note: Voided transactions only offer the Send Receipt option)

    • Tap the X in the top right to return to Transactions menu
