Email Deals are created in your SpotOn Merchant Dashboard. Please see Login | SpotOn Merchant Dashboard for details on accessing your Dashboard for the first time

Email Deals in the SpotOn Dashboard

You now have the ability to target specific customers with a personalized email Deal.

1. Log in to your SpotOn Dashboard

2. From the options on the left, select Customers

3. Search for the desired customer in the Customer Directory by:

  • Customer name

  • Member ID

  • Email

  • Phone

The customer list will display results as you type

4. Click on the Customer Details to view the Profile

5. Click the Email button at the top of the customer profile

6. In the Email message pop up, toggle on the Add Deal option

 

7. Fill out the Email Message form, including:

  • Email Subject

  • Message (1,000 characters max)

  • Discount (Percentage or dollar amount)

  • Minimum spend (How much the guest must spend to be able to use the Deal

  • When do you want to deal expire?

    • 7 days

    • 14 days

    • 30 days

    • 60 days

8. Click Preview

9. Confirm the Deal is as you intend in the Message preview screen

10. Click Send

  • The customer will receive their Email Deal instantly to their email inbox

  • This Deal will now display on the Customer profile in your SpotOn Dashboard, as well as in the Front of House on the POS, under Loyalty
