When in Main Floor view pressing the green arrow in the upper left corner shifts the screen to the Schedule View. The Schedule View is defaulted to Combined. The Schedule View provides a viewing detail of all restaurant traffic (past, upcoming and future) and the details and status of each guest's recorded visit.

  1. In Main Floor view, press the green arrow in the upper left hand corner

    • The screen will shift to Schedule View

    • Schedule View defaults to Combined, and displays detailed information about all party statuses:

      • Upcoming

      • In Progress

      • Completed

  2. Press the eyeball icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen to select specific viewing categories:

    • Waitlist- This toggle switch displays all waitlist and anonymous walk-in party statuses when on

    • Reservations- This toggle switch displays all upcoming and completed reservations statuses when on

    • Take Out- This toggle switch shows all take out order statuses when on

    • Combined- Displays all parties and all statuses

    • Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Late Night- These meal period options will display statuses for all parties during these times ONLY IF their settings enable these meal periods

Once a Schedule View is selected, the system will remain in that view until another view is selected
