  1. Tap Main Floor View

  2. All upcoming reservations will appear in the left panel

  3. Press Schedule button in the upper left corner to switch the view to “Schedule View”

  4. Reservations will appear in order by hour

  5. Confirmed reservations will display with the Confirmed status

SpotOn Reserve automatically texts guests 24 hours before the reservation for confirmation. Unconfirmed reservations will display with the status Upcoming.


Automated Calls for Unconfirmed Reservations

SpotOn Reserve automatically texts guests 24 hours before the reservation for confirmation. If the guest does not respond, follow the steps below to send an automated phone call.

  1. Tap Reservation Profile for a guest from the Schedule View

  2. Tap Call to Confirm in the top left-hand corner (below the red Cancel button)

  3. Guests can confirm by pressing “1” to confirm, “2” to cancel at this time

  4. After a call attempt, the guest’s status can be changed to Left Message at the top left of the Reservation Profile

  5. If the guest confirms the reservation, the status will automatically change to Confirmed

  6. Tap the green arrow button in the top right corner to return to the Main Floor

Guests can be manually called by using the phone number listed in the Reservation Profile.

Reservations can be manually updated with the status Confirmed by pressing the “Upcoming” button and changing it as needed.

  1. Use the green arrow to go to to Schedule View

  2. View the Source Column

    • The source is how/where the booking was created: Google, Phone, OpenTable, Restaurant API (the restaurant’s website using SpotOn Reserve API/SDK), Web (the restaurant’s website using the SpotOn Reserve Weblink) or Portal (SpotOn Reserve Portal (SpotOn Reserve Web Portal)
