Moving Reservations on the Table Scheduler

  1. From Schedule View, press the Table Scheduler button at the top right of the screen (next to the date)

  2. To move a party from the system’s suggested table assignment, locate the party in the left panel (where all reservations are listed)

  3. Select the party that requires the move by pressing on iy

    • The current suggestion will appear in blue

  4. Press the desired table and press the green Save button in the upper right corner

Please note that there may be multiple tables in blue if more than one table is required to seat a party. Conflicting tables will appear in red with the name and time of previous reservations

One table must be assigned per party before saving

  1. From the Schedule Screen view, tap the Grid button at the top of the screen (left of the date)

  2. Find the desired reservation by looking for the time, table, and guest name

  3. Tap the reservation to select

    • A white outline will appear

    • At the left of the screen a slider with the reservation details will display

  4. Tap the table row(s) that the reservation needs to be moved to

    • A white outline will appear around the selected row(s)

  5. Press the green Save button to confirm changes

 

  • If the newly assigned table’s maximum capacity is smaller than the party size, the color will change to yellow (indicating additional tables need to be linked to the party.

 

Moving Reservations and Adding Additional Tables on the Grid

  1. From the Schedule View, tap the Grid button on the top right (to the left of the date)

  2. Find the reservation that requires additional tables

    • Reservations with no tables assigned will be at the top of the grid is yellow, while reservations that require additional tables will display in the middle of the grid, also in yellow

  3. Tap the reservation to select it

    • A white outline will appear

    • A slider will appear at the left of the screen with all current reservation details

  4. Tap the table row(s) you wish the assign the reservation to

    • A white outline will appear in the row(s)

  5. Press green Save button to confirm

7. To assign additional tables, tap the party (in yellow) and tap additional table rows (also appearing in white outlines)

8. Once enough tables have been assigned to accommodate the party, the table numbers in the numbers in the upper left corner of the screen will turn from yellow to red

9. Press Save

10. From Schedule View, the table number color will change from orange to red, indicating that the party occupancy has been fully assigned
