Searching for a Guest

Display

  1. In Main Floor view, press the green arrow in the upper left hand corner to access Schedule View

  2. Press the Guest Search icon, left of the calendar button. (The Guest Search button has a person, and a magnifying glass)

    • This pulls up the Guest Search page

  3. You can search for a guest that has previously made a reservation or been on a wait list by any of the following:

    • Last Name

    • Phone Number (no dashes)

    • Email

    • Member Number

    • Permanent Note Keyword

  4. Select the desired guest

    • All available information on the guest will display in the Guest History pop up window, including:

      • Contact details

      • # of Walk-In visits, Reservations, Take Out orders, No-Shows, Permanent Guest Notes

      • Dates/times/party size of previous visits

    • When a guest has been found and selected, a popup window will display with the guest’s permanent notes and visit history, as well as the following three action buttons:

      • Orange icon- Place guest on waitlist

      • Green Icon- Schedule a reservation

      • Blue Icon- Set up a take-out notification

 

Add to Waitlist

  1. Tap the orange Waitlist icon

    • The onboarding screen will display

  2. Select Party Size

  3. Select Section

  4. Input Estimated Wait Time

  5. Press the > arrow button on the right hand side of the screen to add them to the waitlist

Schedule Reservation

  1. Tap the green Reservation icon

  2. Select the desired date

  3. Select Party Size

  4. Available times will display, select the requested time

  5. Select the desired Section

  6. Press the > arrow button to commit the reservation

    • Additional selections can be made from the reservation screen, i.e., Dining Notes, Flags, Estimated Duration

Schedule Take-Out

  1. Tap blue Takeout icon

  2. Adjust the wait time as needed

  3. Click the arrow on the right to continue

  4. Enter guest information

  5. When the order is ready for pickup, a red Complete status will appear on the top left

  6. When the order has been received, a blue Order Received status will appear on the top left
