Standby List
The Standby List feature allows guests to add themselves to a standby list when restaurant reservations are full. If a restaurant cancellation occurs, guests on the standby list will be notified that a reservation has become available and can be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.

2. If the desired reservation time is available, guests may select the Join Standby List button on the main Reservation screen |  |
3. From the Join Standby List screen, guests may fill out their contact information and any additional information they care to share with the restaurant 4. Upon completion, guests select the blue Join Standby List button at the bottom of the screen | |
5. A confirmation screen that reads You’re on the Standby List! will display with the Standby List request date and details | |
6. Restaurants may customize an e-mail Standby confirmation that goes to to guests as desired | |
7. Once a reservation is opened up, a customized email template is automatically sent to guests on the Standby List to notify them that a reservation has become available Recently opened reservations are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis 8. Guests can select the Book Now button to continue their reservation | |
9. Guests may select the newly opened reservation time and select the blue Book button in the lower right corner Note: If the reservation has already been taken, the reservation time will be grayed out | |
10. A confirmation pop-up will display with the reservation details |
