Credit Card Transactions Report | SpotOn Restaurant Reporting

1. Log into http://restaurantreports.spoton.com

2. Scroll to the Payments section of the Reports list on the left, then select Credit Card Transactions

3. On the Credit Card Transactions page, use the Start and End dates to choose the time frame you will be searching

• The displayed data will automatically adjust to the date range selected

4. Now that the desired date range is displaying, you can scroll through the Transactions list, or search using the Filter options:

• Name

• Credit Card Number

• Order Number

• Employee

5. Click on the Order Number to view the Order

• The Order and all order details will display

6. To email or print this guest check, press Email or Print
