There are three different ways to seat your guests at tables using SpotOn Reserve.

Select a table to fill Enter the party size (increase or decrease the party size using the arrows provided)

Select the a waitlist or reservation party from the waitlist The waitlist bubble will become transparent Press the desired table on the floor to seat the table. Assigning a new table to one that is already occupied by another party will cause the error message Table is occupied! Clear table then seat? The host can press Cancel or Clear & Seat as needed.

Selected a waitlist or reservation party from the waitlist. Press Suggested Table (orange for the suggested table, red if it’s assigned) The party has now been sat Assigning a new table to one that is already occupied by another party will cause the error message Table is occupied! Clear table then seat? The host can press Cancel or Clear & Seat as needed.
