Party Flags

To access Party Flags, log into the SpotOn Reserve Web Portal, click Settings, then select Party Flags.


Available Party Flags

The Party Flags sections displays a list of Party Flags that are available in the SpotOn Reserve Host App for selection by the Host staff on Reservation and Waitlist Party Profiles.

  1. To Enable a Party Flag for use, click on the blue Enable button to the left of the flag description

    • A green Success popup will display

  2. To Disable a Party Flag for use, click on the red Disable button to the left of the flag description

    • A green Success popup will display

The Party Flags Bar, Patio and First Available Seating will not be visible to the Host on the Host App for use if Dining Room Sections are not used for those areas. To make them available without using Dining Room Sections, create a Custom Party Flag with the name slightly altered, i.e., Bar Area, or Patio Seating

 Note: Changes may not immediately show up in the SpotOn Reserve Host App, log out and then log back in and the changes will appear

 

 


 

Create New Party Flags

Up to ten custom Party Flags can be created.

  1. To Create a Custom Party Flag, click on the Add New ( + ) icon in the Custom Party Flags section

  2. Input the name of the custom Party Flag in the text box

    • Note: The system will use the first initial of the name of the Custom Party Flag if it is one word, or the first two initials of the first two words of the name of the Custom Party Flag if it is two words or more

  3. Click Save
