To access Server Sections, log into the SpotOn Reserve Web Portal, click Settings, then select Server Schedule


Add a New Server Chart

Note: There is no limit to the number of charts that can be created.

  1. Click the Add ( + ) button in the Server Charts section

  2. Use the Chart Name text field to input a name for this new chart (i.e., Main Chart or 2 Server Lunch)

  3. Click the Add ( + ) button

  4. Enter the name of the first section in the Section Name box (i.e., 1 or Bar, etc.)

    • The section color will be automatically selected, but it can be changed by clicking in the color box to the left of the Section Name

  5. Click the tables in the layout to select them and add them to the section

  6. Click on the Add ( + ) button to continue adding sections in this way

    • To edit a section, click on the pencil icon to the right of the Section Name

    • To delete a section, click on the red trash can icon to the right of the Section Name

  7. When finished, click the blue Save button

  • To edit an existing Server Chart: Click edit to reopen the chart

  • To delete and existing Server Chart: click the red trash can icon

 

Note: If a table is assigned to a section in a chart, the table cannot be edited or deleted in the Dining Room Layout until that assignment has been removed in ALL charts.


Add a New Server Tag

Server Tags are used to describe the role of a server when they are put on a Schedule and/or a Chart during service using the SpotOn Reserve Host App Server Management function.

  1. Click the Add ( + ) button in the Server Tags section

  2. Type in the name of the Server Tag in the text field

  3. Click Save

    • To edit a Server Tag, click the pencil icon to the right of the Server Tag

    • To delete a Server Tag, click the red trash can icon to the right of the Server Tag
