Seat & Send with SpotOn Order and SpotOn Reserve
Seat & Send allows guests to begin their order while waiting for their table. While on the waitlist, the restaurant automatically sends guests a digital ordering link so that they can look at the menu and pre-order items.
Once a guest sends an order, it is sent to the SpotOn Reserve Host App. Once the guests are seated at their table, their pending orders will appear on the Restaurant POS and link them to their table number so servers can easily view the guest’s name and pending orders.
Seat & Send allows guests to easily browse the menu, order items, speed up the guest experience, and helps restaurants turn tables with speed and ease.
