Display Name - This will override the Organization Name on the online ordering site. No name will display if left blank. Please see SpotOn Order Descriptions and Display Names for more information.
Allow Guest Checkout - this allows a customer to put in an order without creating an account with their email and password.
Pickup Order Type - This is the set order type used for Pickup SpotOn Order orders. Please see SpotOn Order Types for additional information.
Pickup Lead Time (Minutes) - This is the amount of time needed to prepare an order (on average). If lead time is set to 20 minutes, and an order is placed for 4pm, the ticket will print at 3:40pm. Please see Spoton Order Lead Times for more information.
Pickup Pay Later Enabled - This enables a customer to put in an online order without a payment, with the intention of paying later at the store. (Note - this is not advised as it allows scenarios where an order is placed online, the food is prepared, but the customer never arrives to pay.)
Delivery Order Type - This is the set order type used for Delivery SpotOn Order orders. Please see SpotOn Order Types for additional information.
Delivery Lead Time (Minutes) - This is the same concept as Pickup Lead time, but here, consider the time needed to also deliver the food. Please see SpotOn Order Lead Times for more information.
Delivery Pay Later Enabled - This enables a customer to put in an online order without a payment, with the intention of paying later when receiving the order.
Delivery Minimum Amount - Minimum dollar amount total for delivery order type.
Delivery Area - This is where the delivery area map is setup. Please see SpotOn Order Set Delivery Area for more details.
Max Days Out - This is the number of days in advance a customer can make an order. Must be a number between 1 and 999.
Schedule - Schedule for Online Ordering. Set normal hours first, then “Add Override” to add in any other days with different hours, or closed. Please see SpotOn Order Schedule Changes for more information.
Printer Station - This needs to be linked to a terminal with print route properties you would like your online ordering to follow.
Print Requisition Tickets When Order is Placed - This setting will release and close all ORD orders once printed, including orders for a future date only if designated requisition printer is available/online
Print Expected Time at Bottom - This will print the expected time for pickup at the bottom of the ticket
Print Guest Checks when Order is Placed - This ignores lead times and prints a guest check when an online order is placed.
Display Payment Information Below Guest Check - This shows the payment information on the guest check.
Confirmation Email Bcc - This is the email address online orders will be sent to. This can be used to manage your online orders, or as back-up/records.
