1 QR Notify Staff of Payment

This feature reduces walkouts and the stress of staff by printing a receipt each time guests pay using QR Scan & Pay / Order & Pay. QR Notify Staff of Payment helps employees immediately see if guests have paid for their table in lieu of logging into the POS to verify that a payment has been completed.

From the BOH, select Stations and select the desired station(s)

2. Select the desired station(s) from the left side panel

3. From Settings, down to Print receipt when diner pays via QR and enable the desired table layout(s) option using the checkbox

Selecting All Orders will automatically select all table layout options to be printed at the selected station

4. When a guest now pays using QR, a receipt will print out at the station with a header that includes **Fully paid via QR** at the top, as well as the full payment details

When multiple checks are paid with QR, receipts will only print when the entire total has been paid in full
